Nuo Adjustable Dumbbell + Stand

I recently purchased the 80lb adjustable dumbbell (5lb increments) + stand. While I admit I added the wrong type of stand to my order I wasn't even delivered that stand. Instead Hajex sent me what they perceived to be the proper stand. While good intentioned, they actually sent me the (9lb increment) version of the "proper stand" and it doesn't properly fit my 5lb increment nuo adjustable dumbbell. My issue lies in that refuse to work with me for a return and instead are claiming i have the right stand.

Weight plates are great, handles poor quality.

The handles, though reverse engineered perfectly, are poorly made with bad tolerances and quality control. The romoval of the cam overtravel mechanism is not an issuel. They do not click properly and sometimes do not lock before removing weights from cradle. I have a set of genuine Nuobells, but am unable to find an expansion for the KG model. These plates are 2.5kg each vs 2kg that Nuobell makes. For me, this is an excellent improvement and is where the Chinese factory engineers completely improved the design. The thickness of the larger diameter plates are designed well to spec with tight and accurate tolerances (very impressive). My ORIGINAL Nuobell handles fit perfectly into these new improved weight plates with perfect interchangeability. The real handles + fake plates is great for me in the end. Max 40kg vs 32kg of Nuobells original design. I have the 90lb model with 5.5lb increments which I've calculated to be an Americanized set using 16 x 2.5kg settings.
