Great set of weights. We had been searching online for a long time looking for a good product at a reasonable price and these definitely hit the mark. Great service and product received as advertised!

Have ordered a few different weights from Hajex. Mostly they are fine, well made, however, the rubber coating on one set came with a very toxic and unbearable cigarette odour that took a few week outside to air out and dissipate. Likely a factory issue. Nice to have them with the Hajex Barbell. Also, Hajex was very quick to jump on a delayed delivery when I wrote in a complaint. Credit to them for doing a great job at shipping and servicing.

Legitimate business. Great product!

Ordered a kit of Olympic bar with a set of 190lbs bumper plates. Was in stock accordingly to website.
A mix of bumper plates and Olympic plates were offered as a replacement.
Also ordered some floor cover. Ordered color was unavailable, accepted another color to expedite shipment.
Shipment was incomplete. Bar was missing. 10 days later, still waiting for bar delivery. Next time will shop locally to support local economy instead of online store!

Haven't received any of my 5 packages

Very hard to figure out how to pickup as they have irregular hours and require you to call ahead to arrange pickup (the phone number is rarely if ever answered). Pick up should not be offered as an option if they cannot be available. Opt for delivery

Great product, would buy again. Didn't give 5 stars due to strong rubber smell and residue.

Everything came packaged okay and customer service was okay as well. However I had assumed they were gonna be all different colours.. they are all the same colour.

Plates are great overall and love the quality but personally not going to ever buy from Hajex again. Upon order placement, you receive an email which supposedly allows you to track your order but there’s nothing for you to actually track. Behind the scenes, it’s just the company owner who is trying to figure out where his delivery guys are with their trucks and between the owner and their “customer support” , they only provide you very loose delivery windows. I had to follow up repeatedly to get details of my shipment and at one point the company owner actually wrote back saying “ I think by 1pm if ur in Ottawa but i dont know. U ll find out soon.” Seriously? Another email wrote “ I have sent a one driver he should be delivering ottawa and Toronto today. Goodluck”.

Might be a good product but absolutely terrible customer service experience that lacks professionalism.

FYI, the delivery took over 2 weeks. Was probably much better off ordering from Amazon.

The plates are good for the low price they are at, small bubble in one of the plates but not a big deal. Delivery was fairly quick, the owner was easy to deal with and was understanding

I ordered some weights, 4 days later, i asked if i could cancel since it was not shipped yet and i wanted to change the weights i ordered, but they declined because they had already given the order to the carrier (which is Hajex, so themself, and i never received any tracking number, it keep showing as Ready to ship)
A week after the order, i asked them when they would deliver, they tell me by the end of the week. A week later, still nothing received, i ask them again when they will deliver, and they tell me it is planned for the next 1-2 days which bring us to wednesday/thursday ... After reading several review from google and facebook, i'm not expecting the order to be delivered soon, even if i live near the Montreal location, and i'm probably gonna have to do a chargeback ...
The shipping and returns policies doesn't seem to apply here ... Can't cancel something not shipped, only received estimated delivery date after i asked, and they were not respected yet won't refund ...

I was contacted upon placing order to be told that the 15 lb weights were out of stock and was offered different size and style weights to compensate or to wait 45 days for re stocking. I chose the 45 day option. Hajex sent me tracking numbers. 4 days later I received one set of 25lb weight and one set of 10, no bar. I waited a couple days then checked the tracking and noticed that the bar had not been shipped, I contacted customer support and was told it would be there next week, not to worry. I waited another week and, no bar, no update on shipping. I contacted customer support and they ridley told me tracking will update in 24 hours. I believe I've been scammed by this site and I recommend anyone considering to use hajex to look at the Reddit comments on this drop ship company

Order arrived incomplete and owner blamed his dispatch team instead of making it right. After 4 weeks, I gave up and asked for a refund. Would pay more to support a better run business instead of dealing with this unworthy outfit.

Great price, great quality, great service! I have been using my dumbbells and storage rack since they arrived about a week ago and I love it all. The storage rack I ordered was out of stock, and Hajex kindly upgraded me to the next model. Highly recommend Hanes and their products!

Order showed up incomplete and after 3 weeks of back and forth, I requested a refund. It's pathetic and I would spend more elsewhere to work with a more organized company.

nous avons aussi tenté de rejoindre quelqu’un par téléphone à Montréal et la personne ne peut nous répondre en français …

Purchase was simple to complete online and delivery was very appreciated. Hajex went out of their way to communicate with me to ensure my purchase was accurate and to explain the delivery method. Plates are accurately weighted, strong smell of oily rubber but easy to wash and air out. Very happy with the purchase.

Weight plates seem good for the price. Pickup was a bit of a nightmare, poor communication.

I reached out to Hajex customer service before I placed an order to see where they would ship from - they have warehouses in Montreal, QC (I think...) and Delta, BC. I live in BC. Another company I placed an order from shipped from Ontario, even though they have a warehouse in Alberta, and ended up DOUBLING the estimated shipping cost. I didn't want this to happen again, so I checked in with customer service.

They were super responsive, super helpful, they did the work of looking into my shipping requests before I paid them a cent. I emailed back and forth with a customer service agent 5 or 6 times that day, and there was hardly any wait time.

I ordered around 440 LBs of bumper plates and a 7 ft Olympic bar. One of the sets of plates (15s) weren't in stock - they gave me several different options to rectify the delay, I chose to wait until they were back in stock to have them shipped then. They would have happily supplemented the order with different items, but I wanted the whole set to match.

All my stuff showed up today - it's in great shape and good quality. For the price, it's not worth a second thought - I ended up spending hundreds less on these, and they are high quality. A little bit of oil on the plates, which is normal when they ship direct from factory. Nothing a piece of paper towel and a bit of windex can't handle.

All in all, I am incredibly pleased with the items and even more pleased with the way I was treated as a customer. It took 35 days for my items to ship from another fitness retailer - they were unresponsive, increased my shipping from 300 to almost 600, and took forever to throw my 8 items on a pallet. Hajex, on the other hand, treated me very well - their responsiveness was the reason I chose to place an order without a second thought. I'd recommend them to anyone for weights and bars, though I can't speak for the other items they sell.

The weights are great. The sizes we got don’t all fit on the stack but we will just store them differently than we planned.

The price of these weight plates was an unmatched deal and they are just as functionally beautiful and high performance feeling as anyone could ask for. There was a small stocking issue that lead to my order having to be shipped in two parts, but the support staff was great and super quick to give me options and notify me of the problem! Would 100% recommend and order again.

Product delivered in good condition. Only issue was the inaccurate delivery time.
