Shipping, Pickup & Delivery
Everything on this page is in stock in Canada. Order by 3 pm Eastern on a weekday and it leaves our warehouse within 1–2 business days. Pick it up free in Montreal or Delta, let our own truck bring it if you're nearby, or have it shipped anywhere in Canada or the USA with the exact cost shown at checkout before you pay.
At a glance

- Free pickup at our Anjou (Montreal) warehouse and our Delta, BC location, by appointment.
- Shipping is by weight and region, never a percentage of your order. Within Canada it never costs more than $995, whatever you buy.
- USA: duties, customs and brokerage included. Nothing to pay at the door, and we don't add US sales tax.
- Over 10,000 lb? Choose "Request a freight quote" at checkout. Nothing is charged until you approve a price.

Before you drive
Both are working warehouses, so pickups are by appointment. Call 855-396-9333 or email support@hajex.com on the day you plan to come and wait for our confirmation. Pickup at each location depends on your items being in stock there; the product page shows what each warehouse holds. Orders not picked up are charged a $3/day storage fee after the first 2 business days.
Local delivery by our own truck
Within about 30 km or 60 km of the Anjou or Delta warehouse, our driver can deliver for a flat fee from $50. If your address qualifies, the option appears at checkout next to the standard rate, and you choose. Delivery is to the curb or building entrance. Inside delivery, stair carry and assembly aren't included, but can be arranged in advance for an extra fee.
Shipping within Canada
Your rate depends on the total weight of the order and your region, and it is capped at $995. A few examples of what you'll see at checkout:

Rates are in Canadian dollars before tax and cover residential delivery. Some remote addresses need extra shipping; if yours does, we contact you before anything ships. Heavy items travel in several boxes, each with its own tracking line.
Shipping to the USA
US orders ship Delivered Duty Paid: import duties, customs clearance and brokerage are prepaid by HAJEX and already inside the shipping amount at checkout. If a carrier ever asks you to pay on delivery, refuse and email us; we settle it with the carrier.

About tariffs
The amount at checkout is our best estimate of duties and customs, built from real cost data on thousands of shipments, and it is almost always right. US tariffs do change at short notice. If the real cost comes in materially higher, we contact you before your order ships and you choose: go ahead as is, share the difference, adjust the order, or cancel for a full refund to your original payment with no fees. We never charge your card an extra amount without your approval.
Heavy and commercial orders
Orders over 10,000 lb are quoted individually. Select "Request a freight quote" at checkout and our dispatch team sends you options; nothing is charged until you approve. You're welcome to use your own carrier or freight account; contact us before ordering and we'll arrange it.
On large or commercial orders over $10,000 paid by bank transfer, shipping may be free when it comes to less than 10% of the order total. Contact us for details.
On delivery day
- Standard delivery is to the curb or your building entrance. Keep a clear, safe path from the truck and be available between 9 am and 5 pm; our own drivers in Quebec and Ontario may come outside these hours, so tell us in advance if you'll be away.
- Machines ship flat-packed in several boxes (the X1 Smith machine comes in five, none over 99 lb) and are assembled at home. Boxes can arrive on different days; each has its own tracking line.
- If a box is visibly damaged, refuse it and contact us right away. If you've already accepted it, tell us within 24 hours and keep the packaging; the carrier may need it for up to 60 days.
- If a delivery is refused or can't be completed and the order comes back to us, you can ask for a re-delivery at your cost, or a refund with the shipping both ways deducted.
Tracking
You get a tracking number by email when your order ships, and you can follow any order on HAJEX Bolt. If our own driver is delivering, tracking may not show; email us for an update.
Returns and warranty, in short
- Change of mind: 30 days from delivery, unused and in the original undamaged packaging. Change-of-mind returns and cancellations are issued as store credit, minus a restocking fee of up to 35% and the non-refundable card processing fee (about 3% for Canadian cards, 5.1% for US cards). Original shipping isn't refunded, and the cost of a prepaid return label comes off the credit. Items marked Final Sale can't be returned for a change of mind.
- Cancelling before delivery: allowed, on the same store-credit terms. Orders not picked up are charged a $3/day storage fee after the first 2 business days. If we ever need to revise your shipping or duty cost, or you decline a freight quote, you can cancel for a full refund to your original payment with no fees.
- Warranty: 12 months against manufacturing defects from the delivery date, Final Sale items included. Email us to start a claim; approved claims get a replacement or store credit within 7–10 business days of receipt.
