Olympic Competition Bumper Plates

Competition plates differ from standard bumpers in three ways: a steel hub instead of a rubber-moulded centre, a tighter weight tolerance, and colour coding by weight so you can read a loaded bar at a glance.

All sizes share the 450mm IWF diameter, which means the bar sits at the same height whether you are lifting 15 lb or 55 lb per side. Dead bounce on the drop.
