REFUND POLICY
Return & Refunds Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days & applies to both domestic and international orders. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. There should be no signs of damage or wear & tear.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we may attempt to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund claim.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied as "Store Credit" within 2 to 5 business days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at support@hajex.com and return your item to the address provided by us. 1% to 3% margin for inaccuracy or cosmetic imperfections applies, as these items are often overweight and oversized, and delivery may cause minor imperfections in Dumbbells, Barbells, Plates, etc. In such a case, no refund, compensation, or exchange would be offered as far as the imperfection is minor, i.e., up to 3% of surface area or below 2 inches in length, width, or depth per dent, ding, imperfection, or cut.
Restocking Fee
We do not charge a restocking fee on returns if the product is faulty due to the manufacturer’s fault.
Cancellation (Change of Mind)
A change of mind may result in a restocking fee of up to 50%. Orders not picked up will be charged 3$ per day storage fee after the first 2 business days. Any processing fees paid or charged by the processing platform, i.e., Credit/Debit, are non-refundable, which are 3% approx for Canadian and 5.1% for US-based Credit Cards.
Exceptions (Shipping Zones)
HAJEX holds the right to cancel any order we receive, and none of the orders received warrant or guarantee to be shipped unless we have given a guarantee in writing. We charge an estimated amount when the order is placed with us, close to 20-25% for Canada and 40-50% for USA-based addresses. Our dispatch team would contact you if the shipping cost is higher than the amount received. In case you disagree with the shipping rate you can request to cancel the order for a refund, and the final decision will be ours whether it will be cancelled or an exception can be made. We often request clients to reduce the total weight of the shipment or replace some products to offset the additional shipping cost.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift store credit will be sent to you.
If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they may find out about your return. You can contact us to discuss further and request to make exception for you.
Shipping
HAJEX will happily honor any valid warranty claims, provided a claim is submitted within 30 days of receipt of items. We can provide you with a prepaid return shipping label. Estimated delivery is given under each product; however, the only possible delay may arise due to events like accidents, port delays, shortage of trucks, or strikes, etc. In either scenario, the customer must wait until the situation is escalated.
Upon receipt of items for a warranty claim, you can expect HAJEX to process your warranty claim within 7 days. All Final Sale Items are non-refundable to discourage abuse of our returns policy. Final Sale items are those where the original price has been reduced to a lower price, such 35$ reduced to 25$.
Once the warranty claim is confirmed, you will receive one of the following:
(a) a refund in-store credit
(b) a replacement item sent to you (if/when stock is available)
How to return?
To return your product, you should mail your product to the given address by our dispatch team or bring it to our approved store. For Canada/USA, you may use the prepaid return shipping label. You can download and print it using any printer. Make sure the barcode is visible, and the label is protected in a plastic bag or sheet to protect from any water damage while in transit. Make sure the packaging is the same size weight balanced as delivered.
