The best fitness gift is one that gets used every week. Whether you are shopping for someone just starting out or a lifter who already has a full setup, here are ideas for every budget, from stocking stuffers to a big upgrade, plus tips for choosing the right weight and getting it there on time.

Small gifts and stocking stuffers

• Adjustable jump rope: PVC-coated steel wire with comfortable foam handles. The length adjusts, so one rope works for the whole family. Available in four colours.
• Push-up stands: keep the wrists in a neutral position and add depth to every push-up. They have non-slip foam grips and hold up to 330 lb.

Choosing the right weight

Buying weights for someone else is the hardest part. If you can, find out what they use now. If not:

• Go adjustable when in doubt: bands, NUO Style dumbbells or a 2-in-1 set cover a wide range.
• For a beginner, a light, medium and heavy pair covers most exercises: often around 10, 20 and 30 lb.
• For an experienced lifter, add to what they already have rather than doubling up.

Order in time for the holidays

• Orders placed before 3 PM Eastern are usually prepared within 1 to 2 business days.
• Typical transit times after that: 1 to 4 business days in Quebec and Ontario, 2 to 6 in Western Canada, 3 to 7 in Atlantic Canada, and 4 to 11 across most of the US.
• Carriers are busiest in December, so we suggest ordering by early December, and earlier for heavy items.
• Pre-order items show their expected ship date on the product page. Check it if you need the gift by a certain day.
• Near Montreal? Pick up for free at our Anjou warehouse by appointment, or choose local delivery by our own truck if it is offered at checkout.

Shipping a gift to someone else

Enter their address as the shipping address and the gift goes straight to them. When the shipping and billing addresses are different, we ask for photo ID before the order ships, to protect you against card fraud, so allow a little extra time. We explain why in why we verify orders.

Returns

Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Change-of-mind returns are refunded as store credit and fees may apply, so check our refund policy for the details, including how gift returns work. Every HAJEX product also carries a 12-month warranty against manufacturing defects.

Yes. Pickup at our Anjou (Montreal) warehouse is free and by appointment. Call or email before you come, and wait for confirmation that your order is ready.

Most unused items in their original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for store credit, under the conditions in our refund policy. If you are unsure, adjustable equipment is the safest choice.
