Our Shipping and Return policies are very friendly.  After placing an order if you are not feeling good about it, just reply to your Order Email to have us begin the refund process If you do not like the product just have it shipped back to us and get 100% of the product cost refunded. We do provide an estimated delivery date that we try to deliver in and if for some reason we fail to deliver on time due to reasons beyond our control then we will offer you a replacement or full product fee refund.

Orders placed during Sale cannot be canceled because it disables other customers from getting in stock items. Refund Exceptions made will only be granted store credit for future purchases.

Stay away from this company!

I ordered a set of weights on Feb 3rd. 3 out of the 5 pairs arrived on Feb 19th but was told they were all delivered. I had to call the shopping company to ensure they hadn’t been stolen from my porch. It was confirmed they were not delivered. I waited a couple more weeks before reaching out to the company. My first email was ignored. After the second email, I received a reply stating the weights were not in stock but would only be another week or two. Weeks passed and still no weights. It is now April 24th and I still have not received the weights I paid for on Feb 3rd. They are now saying the 20lb weights are out of stock until June BUT they are still selling them online! There has been no compensation or apologies. I’ve asked for a refund on the shipping but they won’t even give me a partial refund (and they own the shipping company). I have never had such poor customer service from a company especially from the owner himself! Please save your time and energy and avoid this company unless you want to pay for weights and never receive them!

Just cause it says in stock doesn’t mean it’s in stock..beware!

I didn’t receive my full order, I had to reach out twice to someone to be told that they were out of stock but will ship from Montreal, confirmed it was shipping then told that when he means it’s being shipped it means it’s only processed in the computer…yeah cause that’s what in process of being shipped means. Let’s not forget that the owner of this company said that his bad reviews were from big ego’d customers, what a nice way to speak about people spending money on your “7 figure business” as he says. Save yourself the stress and pay a bit more somewhere else for better quality and good service! This company is cheap for a reason. My bench is wobbly, I didn’t receive my entire order and the owner is rude. I was hopeful to write a positive review but I don’t have anything nice to say about this company. I have been a personal trainer for a long time, and in this industry for over a decade, this was by far my most negative experience dealing with a fitness company.
