Standard bars use 1-inch sleeves, take 1-inch plates, and cost meaningfully less than Olympic. For lighter home training they do the job perfectly well.

Available 4ft to 6ft in straight and curl styles with spinlock collars. Just be sure your plates match - 1-inch bars and 2-inch plates do not mix.
