Awesome plates and very prompt delivery! First time purchase of bumper plate - versus vinyl - and what a difference this makes. Spoke with customer support prior to purchase and they were great!

I ordered a set of weights on Feb 3rd. 3 out of the 5 pairs arrived on Feb 19th but was told they were all delivered. I had to call the shopping company to ensure they hadn’t been stolen from my porch. It was confirmed they were not delivered. I waited a couple more weeks before reaching out to the company. My first email was ignored. After the second email, I received a reply stating the weights were not in stock but would only be another week or two. Weeks passed and still no weights. It is now April 24th and I still have not received the weights I paid for on Feb 3rd. They are now saying the 20lb weights are out of stock until June BUT they are still selling them online! There has been no compensation or apologies. I’ve asked for a refund on the shipping but they won’t even give me a partial refund (and they own the shipping company). I have never had such poor customer service from a company especially from the owner himself! Please save your time and energy and avoid this company unless you want to pay for weights and never receive them!

I never write reviews but here I am. Yes I gave them four stars because they had the lowest priced weights with what seems to be a quality product (it’s just bumper plates, but everyone else is so expensive). As I write this they are even further reduced in price, which is kind of annoying..

Now the service… I bought the 380lb pack of bumper plates. Order went through and I got a reference number. The shopify app was terrible but I eventually got a series of tracking numbers from Canpar. Long story short they shipped about half the order which I got about two week later. When I finally got ahold of Hajex they said that they were out of stock and would ship in a certain time frame. Why would you even ship like that? Weeks of being run around and basically ignoring me, they finally just sent the reminder of my order. All in, it was probably around a month and a half..

If you want good cheap weights and can wait a month and a half through the bull$h!t then do it, you won’t find a better deal. But man it was painful.

I didn’t receive my full order, I had to reach out twice to someone to be told that they were out of stock but will ship from Montreal, confirmed it was shipping then told that when he means it’s being shipped it means it’s only processed in the computer…yeah cause that’s what in process of being shipped means. Let’s not forget that the owner of this company said that his bad reviews were from big ego’d customers, what a nice way to speak about people spending money on your “7 figure business” as he says. Save yourself the stress and pay a bit more somewhere else for better quality and good service! This company is cheap for a reason. My bench is wobbly, I didn’t receive my entire order and the owner is rude. I was hopeful to write a positive review but I don’t have anything nice to say about this company. I have been a personal trainer for a long time, and in this industry for over a decade, this was by far my most negative experience dealing with a fitness company.

These weights are great for the money.

Customer service is atrocious. You will wait months to receive your order and be lied to over and over again.

Ordered a dumbbell set 5-30lbs march 22nd it’s April 11th and I have only received the 5 lbs pair. I have not heard anything about the rest when I called about the rest I spoke with the owner and he said the rest will be shipped out however I have not received an email or any type of tracking. I’m Wondering if I am going to receive these at all.

Waste of time and money. Got an email my order was ready to be picked up. The place was so hard to find and once I got there they didn’t have my order. They were not helpful and didn’t seem to care at all. Poor communication, poor customer service.

It has been almost 2 weeks and I still did not receive all the items that were purchased. I have no idea if and when the remaining items will be delivered. No status update when tracking the remaining items. I was told the fitness equipment don’t get shipped together because of their heavy weights. Total non-sense. When I made and paid for the purchase I expect to receive them in a timely manner. Instead I only received 2 out of 6 items so far.

Good quality stand but had to purchase different hardware to attach the side clips of the stand to the base that came with my dumbbells (Nuobell 580's). The hardware in the picture is not what comes with the stand. I had to use metric 6 with a hex top and then washer with nut underneath so it holds the dumbbell base securely in place.

I ordered the 270 pound kit and a 6’ bar I received half the weights and never got the bar. They are not answering my emails and not getting the rest of my things going through better business bureau now to get the rest of my things.

This rack was easy to assemble and holds my wieghts off the ground. The problem is that the bigger the weights are, the more cramped they get for space, and the weights start stacking on top of each other, so I have to remove a few weights above in order to access the weights I want.

Great set of weights. We had been searching online for a long time looking for a good product at a reasonable price and these definitely hit the mark. Great service and product received as advertised!
