Great price, great quality, great service! I have been using my dumbbells and storage rack since they arrived about a week ago and I love it all. The storage rack I ordered was out of stock, and Hajex kindly upgraded me to the next model. Highly recommend Hanes and their products!

Purchase was simple to complete online and delivery was very appreciated. Hajex went out of their way to communicate with me to ensure my purchase was accurate and to explain the delivery method. Plates are accurately weighted, strong smell of oily rubber but easy to wash and air out. Very happy with the purchase.

Weight plates seem good for the price. Pickup was a bit of a nightmare, poor communication.

I reached out to Hajex customer service before I placed an order to see where they would ship from - they have warehouses in Montreal, QC (I think...) and Delta, BC. I live in BC. Another company I placed an order from shipped from Ontario, even though they have a warehouse in Alberta, and ended up DOUBLING the estimated shipping cost. I didn't want this to happen again, so I checked in with customer service.

They were super responsive, super helpful, they did the work of looking into my shipping requests before I paid them a cent. I emailed back and forth with a customer service agent 5 or 6 times that day, and there was hardly any wait time.

I ordered around 440 LBs of bumper plates and a 7 ft Olympic bar. One of the sets of plates (15s) weren't in stock - they gave me several different options to rectify the delay, I chose to wait until they were back in stock to have them shipped then. They would have happily supplemented the order with different items, but I wanted the whole set to match.

All my stuff showed up today - it's in great shape and good quality. For the price, it's not worth a second thought - I ended up spending hundreds less on these, and they are high quality. A little bit of oil on the plates, which is normal when they ship direct from factory. Nothing a piece of paper towel and a bit of windex can't handle.

All in all, I am incredibly pleased with the items and even more pleased with the way I was treated as a customer. It took 35 days for my items to ship from another fitness retailer - they were unresponsive, increased my shipping from 300 to almost 600, and took forever to throw my 8 items on a pallet. Hajex, on the other hand, treated me very well - their responsiveness was the reason I chose to place an order without a second thought. I'd recommend them to anyone for weights and bars, though I can't speak for the other items they sell.

The weights are great. The sizes we got don’t all fit on the stack but we will just store them differently than we planned.

The price of these weight plates was an unmatched deal and they are just as functionally beautiful and high performance feeling as anyone could ask for. There was a small stocking issue that lead to my order having to be shipped in two parts, but the support staff was great and super quick to give me options and notify me of the problem! Would 100% recommend and order again.

Product delivered in good condition. Only issue was the inaccurate delivery time.

Nice dumbbells, wish I knew I could have had the stand and dumbbells for extra $50.00 as a set, instead of having to pay $100.00 for the stand separately.

Les poids reçus sont arrivés à 1h30 du matin, puis les poids sont mélangés entre 2 pouces et un pouce au centre ce qui les rend inutilisables pour la barre olympique et nous n’avons eu aucune réponse de leur part.

Only thing I don't like is the preach curl adapter doesn't go high enough and the padding and bar for isn't wide enough

The plastic pulley broke after the first use. The chains for pecs flyes and biceps make it impossible to have a constant tension on a complete move. Horrible consumer service. Unstable bench and the bench press bar isnt include like the picture. I Nevers receives the assembly instructions.

Decent dumbbells but my 55lb dumbbells are bigger than my 60lb dumbbells

I loved the weights they sent me but they sent the wrong rack size and said I cannot return it and to order a second one to make up the difference. Terrible customer support, I would rather order from another company next time that can handle exchanges and returns.

Je voulais offrir des poids hexagonaux à mon conjoint lorsque je suis tombée par hasard sur le site de Hajex. Afin de connaître les détails de livraison, sur mon éventuelle commande, j’ai communiqué avec le service à la clientèle, et ce, à maintes reprises. Le retour de courriels fut rapide et le propriétaire fut preuve d’une immense courtoisie et d’un grand professionnalisme. Les articles étaient très bien emballés et d’une qualité supérieure. Mise à part, l’odeur de caoutchouc que dégage les poids, qui est quelque peu désagréable mais qui s’estompe tranquillement, j’étais ravie qu’ils ne laissaient pas de film noir sur les mains (autres produits similaires chez les compétiteurs avaient des avis négatifs à cet effet). De plus, les prix sont compétitifs, surtout en période de soldes. Bref, je suis extrêmement satisfaite de mon expérience avec Hajex et de mon achat. Mon conjoint et moi en ferons très bon usage, merci.

Bought the 230lb bumper weight sets. Good value for the price. I recommend it.

Although communication was good. My product never arrived. Shipping tracking number only has label created then nothing.
Just want to get my money back at this point.

Do not buy from this company. They don't honor their refund policy.

I bought a set a while back. Like a package weight set stack. 4 45lbs 4 25lbs 4 10lbs and 4 5lbs and when it came to my house I seen it I thought I got a great deal and later I decided to add 4 35lbs to the set and I just love all the items I bought at Hajex. Minus the 6ft bar
