Local delivery — if you're within 30 or 60 km of our Anjou
or Delta warehouse, our own truck delivers for a flat fee. Shown at checkout
if your address qualifies. Free pickup at both warehouses by appointment.

US customers — we ship DDP. Import duties, customs and
brokerage are prepaid by HAJEX and included in the shipping shown at checkout.
Nothing more to pay on delivery.

Heavy orders — above 800 lb in Canada, or 600 lb to the US,
you can request a freight quote instead. We'll find the best rate, or you can
use your own carrier.

Transit — Canada 1–7 business days depending on province.
US 4–11 business days depending on region. Add 1–2 business days handling.

Returns — 30 days from receipt. Change-of-mind returns are
issued as store credit and a restocking fee may apply. If we ever need to revise
your shipping or duty cost, you can cancel for a full refund with no restocking fee.
