Nuo Adjustable Dumbbell + Stand

I recently purchased the 80lb adjustable dumbbell (5lb increments) + stand. While I admit I added the wrong type of stand to my order I wasn't even delivered that stand. Instead Hajex sent me what they perceived to be the proper stand. While good intentioned, they actually sent me the (9lb increment) version of the "proper stand" and it doesn't properly fit my 5lb increment nuo adjustable dumbbell. My issue lies in that refuse to work with me for a return and instead are claiming i have the right stand.
