Adjustable Dumbbell Handles

Loadable dumbbell handles let you build any weight you need from plates you already own. Ours come in standard 1-inch and Olympic 2-inch bores, with spinlock or springlock collars depending on how fast you want to change weights.

They pair with any HAJEX standard or Olympic plate. If you already have a plate collection, a pair of handles is the cheapest way to add a full dumbbell range to your setup.
