Meh experience

After receiving an email saying the items are ready, I showed up, my order number was not correct. I was told it would be a month before the dumbbells arrive, and that I would be contacted by customer service, it's been 2 weeks, no contact yet. I'm thinking of cancelling the order or doing a chargeback on my card
